After receipt of the defect-free, undamaged and immaculately usable goods within 14 days of the withdrawal notification to the seller, exclusively the net sales price of the goods without closing costs is repaid to the buyer. The postmark is binding for deadline compliance.

The buyer has no cancellation right for contracts pertaining to goods that were manufactured according to customer specifications or clearly customised to personal requirements.
